إن وزير التربية والتعليم العالي،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على القانون رقم 285 تاريخ 30/4/2014 (الأحكام العامة للتعليم العالي وتنظيم التعليم العالي الخاص)،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 10229 تاريخ 8/4/2013 (الترخيص بإنشاء جامعة العزم للعلوم والفنون)،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 13787 تاريخ 16/8/2024 (نقل ترخيص جامعة لبنانية خاصة منشأةبالـمرسوم رقم 10229 تاريخ 8/4/2013)،

بناء على توصية مجلس التعليم العالي في الجلسة رقم 8/2024 تاريخ 12/11/2024،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعدل اسم كلية «الفنون» في جامعة الشرق الدولية ليصبح كلية «الفنون والعلوم»، وذلك ريثما يصدر الـمرسوم اللازم.

المادة 2

يُنشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
