بناء على قانون الـمطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته، لا سيما الـمادة 74 منه.

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1032566 تاريخ 10/9/2024 بإسم «شركة جلسة للتوزيع والنشر ش.م.م. (شريك وحيد) Jalsa Publishing House (SARL) (Single Partner) (ممثلة بشخص السيد أحمد مصطفى الرفاعي.

بناء على الطلب الـمقدم من السيد أحمد مصطفى الرفاعي، والـمسجل تحت رقم 897 تاريخ 12/9/2024 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار(،

بناء على اقتراح الـمدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يمنح السيد أحمد مصطفى الرفاعي، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإسم «دار جلسة للنشر والتوزيع» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
