إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 2025/2/8 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقــم 31 تــاريــخ 1955/1/18 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة وتعديلاته)

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 1994/6/20 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة) لا سيما الـمادة 105 منه،

بناء على كـتـاب مصـلـحـة الصناعات الزراعية رقم 7/465 تاريخ 2025/2/28

بناء على احالة مديرية التنمية الريفية والثروات الطبيعية رقم 7/465 تاريخ 2025/2/28

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الزراعة،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يلغى القرار رقم 2024/1/379 تاريخ 2024/8/14 «تشكيل لجنة فنية تتعلق بملف النبيذ والعرق والـمشروبات الروحية في وزارة الزراعة» بمفاعيله كافة.

المادة 2

ينفذ هذا القرار فور صدوره ويبلغ حيث يلزم وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية.
