بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية الغابون ــ قضاء عاليه ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام عاليه بالإنابة القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الغابون حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
