ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 8/2/2025،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين)،

بناء علىى القرار رقم 533 تاريخ 23/4/2025 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية البلدية لانتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية.
