ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 53 تاريخ 8/2/2025،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين)،

بناء على القرار رقم 535 تاريخ 23/4/2025 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب المختارين والاعضاء الاختياريين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب المختارين والاعضاء الاختياريين في كل من دوائر محافظة لبنان الجنوبي ومحافظة النبطية الانتخابيتين، وفقا لما يلي:

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
