يصدق وينشر في اراضي الشرق المشمولة بالانتداب الفرنساوي الذيل الملحق بهذا القرار والمتعلق بالاتفاقية المعقودة في 28 تشرين الاول و17 تشرين الثاني سنة 1929 لتبادل الطرود البريدية راسا

امين السر العام والمفتش العام للبريد والبرق مكلفان كل في ما يعنيه تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي تدخل احكامه في حيز التنفيذ باتفاق الادارات البريدية صاحبة الشأن
