مادة 13: الغي المرسوم رقم 3860 تاريخ 4 ايلول سنة 1945 المتعلق بتحديد مهام وزارة الدفاع الوطني والمادتان الاولى والثانية من المرسوم رقم 3650 الصادر بتاريخ 26 تموز سنة 1945 المتعلقتان بانشاء مركز رئيس اركان حرب عام في وزارة الدفاع الوطني وكذلك تلغى جميع الاحكام المخالفة لهذا المرسوم او غير المتفقة مع مضمونه.
