يعدل ملاك ديوان المحاسبة المنصوص عليه في المادة 224 من قانون المحاسبة العامة الصادر بتاريخ 16 كانون الثاني سنة 1951 وفقا لما هو محدد في موازنة سنة 1952

مادة 67: تلغى المواد 223 الى 273 من قانون المحاسبة العامة الصادر بتاريخ 16 كانون الثاني سنة 1951 والمواد 48 و49 و50 من قانون موازنة سنة 1952 الصادر بتاريخ 5 شباط سنة 1952 وكل نص مخالف لهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي.
