المادة 70

يفرض على كل من يهمل مسك السجل المنصوص عليه في المادة 32, وكذلك السجل المنصوص عليه في المادة 52 أو يتأخر في مسك هذا أو ذلك من السجلين أو في تدوين المعلومات التي يفرض القانون تدوينها فيهما أو اهمال تقديم العلم المنصوص عليه في المادة 54, غرامة مقطوعة قدرها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

تحدد الغرامات المفروضة بموجب المواد 70 و71 و72 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي) بالف ليرة لبنانية.

تعدل قيمة الغرامات الواردة في المواد 70 و71 و72 و73 و74 و76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح قيمة كل منها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

عدلت قيمة الغراما الواردة في المواد 70-71-72-73 و74 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 05/08/1967 وتعديلاته (رسم الطابع المالي) واصبحت قيمة كل منها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية.
