يُلغى نص المواد (6، 7، 8، و9) من المرسوم رقم 2868 تاريخ 16/12/1959 وتعديلاته والمرسوم رقم 7724 تاريخ 14/3/2012، تطبق احكام هذا المرسوم لتنظيم مديرية الموازنة ومراقبة النفقات.
