مادة 20: تلغى المواد 16 الى 20 و49 و54 و87 الى 91 من المرسوم رقم 2872 تاريخ 16/12/1959 المتعلق بتنظيم وزارة الاشغال العامة والنقل, وجميع النصوص المخالفة لاحكام هذا المرسوم او التي لا تتفق مع مضمونه.
