مادة 6: 1)- لكل شريك في طابق او شقة حق الافضلية لشراء الحصة الشائعة التي يراد بيعها بالتراضي من شخص غير شريك. 2)- لا ينشأ حق الافضلية في البيع الحاصل بين الزوجين او الاصول والفروع او الاخوة والاخوات وفروعهم.
