لا يمكن ان تتجاوز الكفالة ما هو واجب على المديون الاصلي الا فيما يختص بالاجل.
Art. 1064 - Le cautionnement ne peut excéder ce qui est dû par le débiteur, sauf en ce qui concerne le terme.
