المادة 929
اذا لم يحضر احد الدائنين المعروفين, حق للمصفي إيداع المبلغ المستحق له اذا كان الايداع متحتما. اما الديون غير المستحقة او المتنازع عليها فيجب عليه ان يحتفظ لها بمبلغ من النقود كاف لإيفائها وان يضعه في محل امين.
Art. 929 - Si un créancier connu ne se présente pas, le liquidateur est autorisé à consigner la somme à lui due, dans le cas où la consignation est de droit.
Pour les obligations non échues ou en litige, il est tenu de réserver et de déposer en lieu sûr une somme suffisante pour y faire face.
