المادة 931
للمصفي ان يقترض ويرتبط بموجبات اخرى حتى عن طريق التحويل التجاري, وان يظهر الاسناد التجارية ويمنح المهل ويفوض ويقبل التفويض ويرهن اموال الشركة, كل ذلك على قدر ما تقتضيه مصلحة التصفية, ما لم يصرح بالعكس في صك توكيله.
Art. 931 - Le liquidateur peut contracter des emprunts et autres obligations, même par voie de change, endosser des effets de commerce, accorder des délais, donner et accepter des délégations, donner en nantissement les biens de la société, le tout si le contraire n’est pas exprimé dans son mandat et seulement dans la mesure strictement requise par l’intérêt de la liquidation.
