الجريمة المقترفة في حالة الاضطرار تلزم مدنيا من حصلت لمنفعته بقدر الضرر الذي اتاه.
Art. 140: L'infraction commise en etat de necessite oblige civilement celui au profit duquel elle a eu lieu dans la mesure du prejudice qu'il a evite.
