المادة 147
(عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 112/1983 )
ان الاسباب التي تسقط الاحكام الجزائية او تمنع او تعلق تنفيذها هي التالية:
1- وفاة المحكوم عليه,
2 - العفو العام,
3 - العفو الخاص,
4 - (ملغاة)
5 - اعادة الاعتبار.
6 - مرور الزمن .
7 - وقف التنفيذ.
8 - (ملغاة).
-فيما خلا اعادة الاعتبار, يقرر النائب العام الاستئنافي اسقاط الاحكام الصادرة في نطاق صلاحيته.

مادة 7: تلغى الفقرة 4 والفقرة 8 من المادة 147 وتلغى المواد 157 و158 و175 و176 و177 و178 , ويضاف الى المادة 147 الفقرة التالية: "فيما خلا اعادة الاعتبار, يقرر النائب العام الاستئنافي اسقاط الاحكام الصادرة في نطاق صلاحيته".
