المادة 151
(الغيت بقانون 5 شباط سنة 1948)
اذا لم يرد في قانون العفو نص صريح حسبت العقوبات المعفاة لتطبيق الاحكام المتعلقة بوقف التنفيذ ووقف الحكم النافذ واعادة الاعتبار والتكرار واعتياد الاجرام لا يحول العفو العام دون طلب اعاة المحاكمة.
Art. 151: Sauf prescription formelle de la loi d'amnistie, les peines amnistiees comptent pour l'application des dispo- sitions concernant le sursis, la suspension condetionle de la condamnation, la rehabilitation, la recidive et la delinquance d'habitude.
L'amnistie ne met pas obstacle au recours en revision.
