مادة 19: عدلت المادة 167 من قانون العقوبات كما يلي: لا ينفذ اي تدبير اصلاحي اغفل تنفيذه سنة كاملة الا بقرار يصدر عن محكمة الاحداث بناء لطلب النيابة العامة.
