المادة 21
تطبق الشريعة اللبنانية خارج الارض اللبنانية:
1- على الجرائم التي يقترفها الموظفون اللبنانيون في اثناء ممارستهم وظائفهم او في معرض ممارستهم لها,
2- على الجرائم التي يقترفها موظفو السلك الخارجي والقناصل اللبنانيون ما تمتعوا بالحصانة التي يخولهم اياها القانون الدولي العام.
Art. 21: La loi libanaise s'applique, hors du territoire du liban
1- Aux infractions commises par les fonctionnaires libanais dans l'exercice de leurs fonction ou a l'occassion de cet exercice,
2- Aux infractions commises par les agents diplomatiques et les consuls libanais dans la mesure ou ils jouissent des immunites reconnues par le droit international public.
