المادة 266
يمكن الحكم بالمنع من الحقوق المدنية ومنع الاقامة والاخراج من البلاد على من ثبت اعتياده للاجرام او من حكم عليه كمكرر بعقوبة جناحية مانعة للحرية.
Art. 266: L'interdiction des droits civiques, l'interdiction de sejour et l'expulsion pourront etre prononcees contre l'individu reconnu delinquant, d'habitude ou condamne comme recidiviste a une peine delictuelle privative de liberte.
