المادة 269
يعين القاضي في الحكم مفعول كل من الاسباب المشددة او المخففة على العقوبة المقضي بها.
Art. 269: Le guge determinera dans la sentence de condamnaton l'effet de chacune des circonstances aggravantes ou attenuantes sur la peine encourue.
