يدعى مؤامرة كل اتفاق تم بين شخصين او اكثر على ارتكاب جناية بوسائل معينة.
Art. 270: Est qualifiee complot toute entente realisee entre deux ou plusieurs personnes en vue de commettre un crime par des moyens determines.
