المادة 286
يستحق العقاب الوارد في المادة السابقة من ذكر فيها من الاشخاص اذا ساهموا في قرض او اكتتاب لمنفعة دولة معادية او سهل اعمالها المالية بوسيلة من الوسائل.
Art. 286: Les peines prononcees a l'article precedent seront encourues par les personnes qui y sont designees, qui participeront a un emprunt ou a une conscription, au profit d'un Etat ennemi, ou favoriseront d'une maniere quelconque les operations financieres de cet Etat.
