من اخفى او اختلس اموال دولة معادية او اموال احد رعاياها المعهود بها الى حارس عوقب بالحبس من شهرين الى سنتين وبغرامة اقلها مايتي الف ليرة .

المادة 13- تعدل الغرامة الورادة في المادة 287 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة اقلها مايتي الف ليرة "بدلا من "وبغرامة اقلها الف ليرة".
