المادة 290
من جند في الارض اللبنانية دون موافقة الحكومة جنودا للقتال في سبيل دولة اجنبية عوقب بالاعتقال الموقت او بالابعاد.
Art. 290: Quiconque, sans l'approbation du gouvernement, levera en territoire libanais une troupe destinee a combattre pour un Etat etranger, sera puni de la detention a temps ou du bannissement.
