المادة 291
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى سنتين وبغرامة لا تجاوز اربعماية الف ليرة على كل تحريض يقع في لبنان او يقوم به لبناني باحدى الوسائل المذكورة في المادة ال 288 لحمل جنود دولة اجنبية من جنود البر او البحر او الجو على الفرار او العصيان.

المادة 14- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 291 على النحو الآتي:
"وبغرامة لا تجاوز اربعماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تجاوز الالفي ليرة".
