المادة 305
يعاقب على المؤامرة التي تستهدف ارتكاب احدى الجرائم المذكورة في هذه النبذة- بالابعاد او بالاقامة الجبرية الجنائية.
Art. 305: Le complot forme dans le but de commettre l'un des crimes mentionnes au present paragraphe sera puni du bannissement ou de la residence forcee criminelle.
