المادة 304
الاعتداء الذي يقصد منه منع السلطات القائمة من ممارسة وظائفها المستمدة من الدستور يعاقب عليه بالاعتقال الموقت او بالابعاد.
Art. 304: L'attentat en vue d'empecher l'exercice par les pouvoirs etablis des fonctions qui leur sont devolues par la Constitution emportera la detention a temps ou le bannissement.
