المادة 315
المؤامرة التي يقصد منها ارتكاب عمل او اعمال ارهاب يعاقب عليها بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة, كل عمل ارهابي يستوجب الاشغال الشاقة لخمس سنوات على الاقل, وهو يستوجب الاشغال الشاقة المؤبدة اذا نتج عنه التخريب ولو جزئيا في بناية عامة او مؤسسة صناعية او سفينة او منشآت اخرى او التعطيل في سبل المخابرات والمواصلات والنقل, ويقضي بعقوبة الاعدام اذا افضى الفعل الى موت انسان او هدم البنيان بعضه او كله وفيه شخص او عدة اشخاص .
Art. 315: Le complot dont le but est de commettre un ou plusieurs actes de terrorisme sera puni des travaux forces a temps Tout acte de terrorisme emportera la peine des travaux forces pour cinq ans au moins.
Les travaux forces a perpetuite seront encourus si l'acte a eu pour effet la destruction, meme partielle, d'un edifice public, d'un etablissement industiel, d'un navire ou de toutes autres constructions ou la deterioration des voies de transmission de communication ou de transport.
La peine capitale sera prononcee s'il y a eu mort d'homme, ou si un batiment a ete detruit en tout ou en partie au moment ou s'y trouvaient une ou plusieurs personnes.
