المادة 321
يمكن المحكمة عند الحكم في احدى الجنح المنصوص عليها في هذا الباب ان تقضي بالمنع من الحقوق المدنية او منع الاقامة او بالاخراج من البلاد عملا بالمواد ال 65 و82 و88.
Art. 321: En cas de condamnation pour l'un des delits prevus au present titre, l'interdiction des droits civiques, l'interdiction de sejour et l'expulsion pourront etre prononcees par application des articles 65, 82 et 88.
