المادة 320
يستحق العقوبات نفسها كل شخص تذرع بالوسائل عينها لحض الجمهور: اما على سحب الاموال المودعة في المصاريف والصناديق العامة.
او على بيع سندات الدولة وغيرها من السندات العامة او على الامساك عن شرائها.
Art. 320: Subira les memes peines toute personne qui aura, par les memes moyens, incite le public:
soit a retirer les fonds deposes dans les banques et les caisses publiques;
Soit a vendre ou a s'abstenir d'acheter les valeurs de l'Etat et autre effets publics.
