المادة 326

اذا كانت الغاية من حمل الاسلحة او الذخائر او من حيازتها ارتكاب جناية كانت العقوبة, في ما خلا الحالات التي يفرض معها القانون عقوبة اشد, الحبس مع التشغيل من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات والغرامة من مئة الف ليرة الى ستماية الف ليرة.

المادة 22- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 326 على النحو الاتي:
"والغرامة من مئة الف ليرة الى ستماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "والغرامة من 500 الى 3000 ليرة".
