المادة 370
كل موظف يدخل بصفة كونه موظفا منزل احد الناس او ملحقات المنزل في غير الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون ودون مراعاة الاصول التي يفرضها يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات , ولا تنقص العقوبة عن ستة اشهر اذا رافق الفعل تحري المكان او اي عمل تحكم آخر اتاه الفاعل.
Art. 370: tout fonctionnaire qui, agissant en cette qualite, se sera introduit dans le domicile d'un particulier ou dans les dependances de son domicille hors les cas prevus par la loi et sans les formalites qu'elle exige, sera puni d'un emprisonnement de trois mois a trois ans.
Si le fiat a ete accompagne de perquisition ou de tout autre acte arbitraire, la peine ne sera pas inferieure a six mois.
