المادة 371
كل موظف يستعمل سلطته او نفوذه مباشرة او غير مباشرة ليعوق او يؤخر تطبيق القوانين او الانظمة وجباية الرسوم او الضرائب او تنفيذ قرار قضائي او مذكرة قضائية او اي امر صادر عن السلطة ذات الصلاحية يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين.
اذا لم يكن الشخص الذي استعمل سلطته او نفوذه موظفا عاما فلا تجاوز العقوبة السنة.
