المادة 378
يمكن القاضي عند قضائه في احدى الجنح المنصوص عليها في هذا الفصل ان يحكم بالمنع من الحقوق المدنية.
Art. 378: En prononcant une condamnation pour l'un des delits prevus au present chapitre, le juge pourra ordonner l'interdiction des droits civiques.
