المادة 390
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
من مزق اعلانا رسميا او نزعه او اتلفه وان جزئيا عوقب بالغرامة من عشرين الف ليرة الى مئة الف ليرة واذا ارتكب الفعل ازدراء بالسلطة او احتجاجا على احد اعمالها كان عقابه الحبس مدة لا تجاوز الثلاثة اشهر.

المادة 37- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 388 على النحو الآتي:
"بالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئة ليرة الى خمسمائة ليرة".
وتعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 390 على الوجه الاتي:
"بالغرامة من عشرين الف ليرة الى مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بالغرامة من مئة ليرة الى خمسماية ليرة".
