المادة 391
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
من اقدم علانية ودون حق على ارتداء زي رسمي او حمل وسام او شارة من ازياء او اوسمة او شارات الدولة اللبنانية او دولة اجنبية او ارتدى ثوبا تخص به الشريعة اللبنانية فئة من الناس عوقب بالحبس ستة اشهر على الاكثر او بغرامة لا تزيد على مايتي الف ليرة.
يطبق هذا النص بناء على شكوى السلطات المذهبية الصالحة على كل شخص يرتدي دون حق البسة خاصة باحدى الوظائف الدينية.

المادة 38- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 391 على النحو الاتي:
"بغرامة لا تزيد على مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "بغرامة لا تزيد على الف ليرة".
