المادة 404
اذا رجع المفتري عن افترائه قبل اية ملاحقة خففت العقوبات المنصوص عليها في هذه النبذة وفاقا لما جاء في المادة ال 251.
Art. 404: En cas de retractationdu coupable avant toute poursuite, les peines prevues au present paragraphe seront attenuees ainsi qu'il est dit a l'article 251.
