المادة 405

من استسماه قاض او ضابط من ضباط الشرطة العدلية او احد رجالها فذكر اسما او صفة ليس له او ادى افادة كاذبة عن محل اقامته او سكنه عوقب بالحبس ستة اشهر على الاكثر او بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة،.

المادة 42- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 405 على النحو الاتي:
"بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة، بدلا من "بغرامة لا تجاوز الخمسمائة ليرة".
