المادة 407
الشاهد الذي يبدي عذرا كاذبا يستحق الحبس ثلاثة اشهر على الاكثر فضلا عن الغرامة التي يقضى بها عليه بسبب تخلفه عن الحضور.
Art. 407: Le temoin qui aura allegue une excuse reconnue fausse encourra, outre l'amende prononcee pour la non- comparution, un emprisonnement de trois mois au plus.
