المادة 5
اذا عدل قانون مدة مرور الزمن على جرم جرت هذه المدة وفاقا للقانون القديم على ان لا يتجاوز مداها المدة التي عينها القانون الجديد محسوبة من يوم نفاذه.
Art. 5: Si une loi modifie la duree de la prescription d'une infraction, cette duree courra conformement a la loi ancienne, sans qu'elle puisse depasser la duree prevue par la loi nouvelle comptee a partir de la mise en vigueur de celle-ci.
