مادة 31: تلغى المواد 537 و538 وتعدل المادة 505 باضافة الفقرة التالية عليها: - ومن جامع قاصرا اتم الخامسة عشرة من عمره ولما يتم الثامنة عشرة عوقب بالحبس - من شهرين الى سنتين.
