المادة 598
من اقدم قصدا على قطع سير المخابرات البرقية او الهاتفية او اذاعات الراديو سواء بالحاق الضرر بالالات او الاسلاك او بأية طريقة اخرى عوقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهر, واذا نجم عن الفعل خطر على السلامة العامة قضى بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين.
Art. 598: Quiconque aura intentionnellement interrompu le service telegraphique, telephonique ou radiophonique soit en endammageant les appareils ou les fils, soit de toute autre maniere, sera puni d'un emprisonnement jusqu'a six mois.
S'il est resulte du fait un danger pour la securite publique, l'emprisonnement sera de trois mois a deux ans .
