يزاد على العقوبات المذكورة في المواد السابقة نصفها اذا اصيب احد الناس بعاهة دائمة ويقضي بالاعدام اذا ادى الامر الى موت احد الناس .
Art. 599: Les peines portees aux articles precedents seront augmentees de loitie si une personne a ete victimes d'une infirmite permanente.
La peine de mort sera prononcee si une personne a perdu la vie.
