المادة 601

كل صناعي او رئيس ورشة اغفل وضع الات او اشارات لمنع طوارىء العمل او لم يبقها دائما صالحة للاستعمال عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة.

المادة 92- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 601 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من الف الى خمسة الاف ليرة".
