من تسبب خطأ بالتخريب والتهديم وسائر الافعال المذكورة في المواد السابقة عوقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز الستة اشهر.
Art. 600: Lorsque les degradations, destructions et autres faits prevus aux articles precedents n'auront pas ete commis intentionnellement, celui par la faute duquel ils sont survenus sera puni d'un emprisonnement ne depassant pas six mois.
