المادة 606

يعاقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهر وبالغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة من لا يراعي الانظمة الخاصة لمكافحة الاوبئة والسواف وامراض النبات والجراد وسائر الحيوانات الضارة.

المادة 94- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 606 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة حتى الف ليرة".
