المادة 64
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
تراوح الغرامة الجنائية بين مئة الف ليرة وستة ملايين ليرة وهي تخضع لاحكام- المادتين ال53 وال54 المتعلقتين بالغرامة الجناحية.
تستبدل من الغرامة عند عدم ادائها اما عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة او عقوبة الاعتقال حسبما تكون العقوبة الاصلية التي قضي بها على المحكوم عليه, هي الاشغال الشاقة او اي عقوبة جنائية اخرى.

المادة 6- تعدل المادة 64 كما يلي:
"تراوح الغرامة الجنائية بين مئة الف ليرة وستة ملايين ليرة".
